Level 3 takes it to the next level!!!
This is a key stage for full commitment to the sport. Schedules for this level include training 4-5 times a week for a total of 8 hours, plus one hour of dryland.
Swimmers get involved in more serious training in a distance/IM oriented program to ensure that they build the foundation they need to develop their full potential.
The goal at this level is to produce Festival/Provincial qualifiers; at the same time coaches reinforce good technique, good training habits, good kicking, and advocate commitment to the sport.
