PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: If your children have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills, vomiting, diarrhea and fatigue we would ask that you keep them home and seek medical attention. A new addition to our Novice Program is the option to attend 1 time/week only.....our "Pre-Novice" program. You may choose from any one of our regular novice swim times.

Super Swim Saturday!!!! This Saturday, November 7, there is something for everyone at Jimmy Thompson Pool.

Mock Swim Meet so bring the kids to get a little practice in....Timer Clinic from 10:30-12:00 offering parents a basic course on timing that is required for everyone that volunteers as a timer at a swim meet (gather those volunteer hours up!!) For additional clinic information please contact Kornelia Despond **note - you must sign up by Nov. 5th to participate...and... Equipment Swap offering an opportunity for parents to eliminate unwanted/unused swim gear. The HAC Equipment Manager will be available to query regarding HAC swimwear. We hope you can come out and join us!!!

On Sunday, September 27th, coaches Sean and Carmen, along with 22 of our swimmers and 12 parents, participated in the annual Terry Fox Run. Participants ran, walked, and roller bladed the 5 or 10 km route to raise $350. Good job Tigersharks!
