The Hamilton Aquatic Club is a nonprofit
competitive swim club run by parent
volunteers. The club, in existence for over 75 years, hires professional swim coaches
to provide excellent training and has achieved tremendous results.
The club currently has
swimmers from our introductory level (ages 4 - 8)
to our
senior level, competing at provincial, national and international levels.

HAC's Provincial Champions
This year at 2010 Long course Provincials HAC sent 20 swimmers and managed to place 5th in the overall standings. We had a number of medalists as well as new champions & even a few new club records. HAC swimmers obtained 18 provincial championships, 8 silver medals, 13 bronze medals and 2 IRON Man titles - Bridget Coley and Scott Buttenham.
New club records by:
*Bryce Kwiecien-Delaney in the 13-14 boys 50 Free :25.37 plus 4 provincial meet records to accompany his 5 existing meet records.
*Adam Siek in the 13-14 boys 100 Backstroke 1:03.1
*Osvald Nitski in the 11-12 boys 400 IM 5:11.95
